I think Axis can get the job done for C4 users too. What doorbells are y'all using? Just program for the contact closure to set off and audio alert. I often just use a standard old school wired door bell.

I have used the older door station, which sucked. It has contacts and relays which can be used to tie into other devices.

It has lots of features and the camera is decent. The price on that doorbell seems too high, especially since it is unable to ring out to your phone. I have seen the both brand of Cameras in action and I think Axis is better value for money.
